Personal Debt

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

"I've already had a consolidation loan what do I do now?"
"Help - I just can't go on like this, worried to death about debt"
"Monthly bills are piling up, I just can't afford to pay them"
"People I owe money to are harassing me, calling me at home and at work."
"It's affecting my family. We're always arguing."
"I have to do something. It's driving me to despair"

WE CAN HELP

If you answered "YES" to these questions, we could help you come to an INFORMAL ARRANGEMENT or an INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT with your creditors.

If there are not many people who you owe money to and you can make a sizeable repayment an informal arrangement may be the answer. It may mean remortgaging your home to raise sufficient cash to make a substantial repayment to these people. If a mortgage isn't the answer, there are alternatives.

Another way to deal with your creditors, which is legally binding on YOU and YOUR CREDITORS, and should not call on you to take out further consolidation loans, is an INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT, an "IVA".

An IVA is an offer by you to make repayments to those you owe money to, over a fixed period of time. This is normally between one and five years. It provides protection for you from your unsecured creditors.

Your unsecured creditors may not be repaid in full. However, it may well be in their interest to be assured of some payment over a given time and through a formal arrangement. You will obtain relief from your creditors and usually just have a single monthly payment to make.

It's good for you - good for them.

Your debt problems will almost certainly be urgent.
